Payment By Credit Card: Like most online shopping sites which use real-time credit card authorization and processing, we charge our customer's credit card at the time the order is placed.
Shipping & Delivery: Unless the order specifically requests another delivery date, all orders are usually shipped within 1 business day but may take up to 48 hours. We reserve the right to use Fed Ex, USPS, UPS, Lone Star Overnight, or any other major carrier at our own discretion. If any additional shipping charges are necessary, the customer will be notified before the order is completed to arrange payment. If customer decides not to purchase an ice pack, we hold no responsibility for any damage to items that are likely to melt.
